IsoVault is a standalone, full-stack ISO 9001 compliant asset database designed for large organisations, built to help pass compliance audits and manage enterprise asset registers. IsoVault integrates with ValueMe Pro Gold+ to provide live, AI-generated asset valuations directly within your compliance workflow.
This policy applies to the IsoVault platform (isovault.pmdservices.uk) and its marketing and lead-capture experience on pmdservices.uk, and is intended to give you a clear, worldwide-applicable statement of your data protection rights regardless of where you are located.

They do not constitute a professional appraisal, financial advice, insurance valuation, or a guarantee of sale or replacement value.
AI-generated valuations can be inaccurate or outdated, and actual market or replacement values may differ materially from the figures shown. IsoVault and PMD Services accept no liability for decisions made based solely on AI-generated valuations — for material commercial, insurance, or audit decisions, an independent professional valuation is recommended.
Asset register data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure with row-level tenant isolation, so each organisation's data remains separate and private. We maintain immutable audit logs for compliance-critical actions. We use industry-standard security measures to protect data in transit and at rest; however, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal data and asset register records for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to any compliance or audit-record retention requirements that apply to your organisation.
IsoVault is an enterprise service not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it promptly.
