PMD Services is founded and directed by Paul Dalley — Senior Quality Improvement Specialist and Lead Regulatory Auditor with over 35 years in engineering, quality improvement and design. 22 years as the only Quality Improvement Engineer across Delphi UK sites, delivering over £600,000 in documented cost avoidance. Earlier career: 7 years at Corning Medical and 4 years at Tey House, plus more engineering roles. Worked to microns with an eye for detail, trained staff and wrote the training manuals, and led SPC integration and rollout across sites. Credentials: ISO/TS 16949, SPC, FMEA, C&G 7154 and A11. ASQ member. Motto: “If I can’t fix it, I’ll make a new one.”
